Generally speaking, the jaw crusher is usually driven by the motor as the power source. The motor inputs the power to the pulley through the SPC belt, and the pulley drives the eccentric shaft to rotate to drive the moving jaw to swing up and down. During the movement of the moving jaw plate, the materials in the crushing chamber are extruded or chopped, and the crushed small materials are discharged from the discharge port.

Such a large-scale machine with large capacity will produce great vibration during operation. If the foundation is not strong enough during civil construction, the center of gravity will shift and the machine will be damaged due to the vibration of jaw crusher.

In order to prevent the unstable operation of the machine, the foundation shall be tamped in the civil construction. Especially in the reclamation area, most of these places are soft foundations. So before construction we should survey the production site and make it firm enough to improve the degree of consolidation and stability, so as to avoid problems in the crushing process.
