1. Abnormal noise occurs

First of all, we need to see whether there is abnormal noise outside the machine or inside the machine. If the abnormal noise is outside the machine, it mainly occurs in the bearing. You can use a screwdriver to contact the two bearing seats to feel whether the noise and vibration on both sides are consistent. It is directly identified by listening. After confirming that there is no abnormal noise outside the machine, it is necessary to check whether there is abnormal noise inside the machine. First stop feeding and keep the equipment idling. If there is still noise at this time, stop the machine and check whether the rotor is loose and the plate hammer is damaged.

2. Shutdown

First, see if there is too much feeding and the crushing chamber is overloaded. Secondly, see if the V-belt is loose. It may result in insufficient transmission power. Finally, check the lower discharge port. If the discharge port is too small, it is easy to cause discharge blockage, which will cause equipment shutdown in serious cases.

Therefore, when we encounter the problem of shutdown, we can eliminate these situations one by one, and clean the materials in the crushing chamber, tighten the belt, adjust the clearance of the discharge port, etc.
