Reply:Hi Clark. Thank you for your question.

1.Find a suitable place for MTW European Trapezium Mill before installation. Establish maintenance system and smear antirust grease on mill’s surface in case the machine rusts.

2.According to installation drawing of MTW European Trapezium Mill’s foundation, there should be enough space for installation. Only high-grade cement is adopted and rebar is buried dose the foundation can be cast. Besides, it is necessary to bury spool or cable trench in time, and the period of maintenance last 15 days after placing foundation.

3.Equip lifting tool with 2-3 tons of bearing capacity for maintaining MTW European Trapezium Mill.

4.Check the transmission of host’s main shaft system, grinding roller device and analysis oil pool when MTW European Trapezium Mill has been used for 6 months, and you should add enough grease after cleaning.
