There are four factors influencing capacity of Raymond Mill as follow.
1.Materials: Raymond Mill is strict with materials because it grinds materials with dry process. If there is water and impurity in the materials, it will make capacity reduced and plant damaged.
2.Input size: if the input size is too large, feed inlet will be blocked and can’t realized crushing and milling between grinding ring and roller. If the input size is too small, it is difficult to form material cushion, and then the grinding ring and roller will collide with each other, the capacity is reduced finally.
3.Blower: Raymond Mill need blower providing wind power. Some materials which can’t reach the standard will be blew in powder collector because of large blowing rate. On the contrary, the capacity will be reduced if the blowing rate is small.
4.Pipeline device: it is important to adjust suitable angle and height of pipeline device, because these factors also can influence the capacity of Raymond Mil.
