Electromagnetic vibration feeder is an important component of dolomite superfine grinding mill. It is mainly used to send dolomite to superfine grinding mill from storage bin or other storage equipment. It is a necessary plant for building automatic production line. There is open type and enclosed type, and it often adopts the latter used in dolomite grinding line.
Electromagnetic vibration feeder takes advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small power consumption and no need to moisten. Besides it can adjust feeding quantity evenly. According to performance requirements of the equipment, there should be less pressure of dolomite for tank, and the effective discharge of material must can’t exceed one fourth of the width of the tank, and the velocity of dolomite is controlled at 6-18m/min. For dolomite with large feeding quantity, there should be enough high ore blocking plate at bottom discharge of silo. In order to not affect the performance of vibrating feeder, ore blocking plate can’t be fixed on the tank. And the best design of back wall angle is 55-65 degrees to make the materials smooth out.
