Vertical mill includes separator, grinding roller device, millstone device, pressure device, reducer, motor and hull. Separator is a key part influencing output size of final powder, and it consists of rotating device, rotor, guide vane, hull, coarse powder blanking hopper and air outlet. Separator is an efficient, energy conservation and convenient powder selection device.
Grinding roller is a part rolling materials. It is often installed on the curved arm of grinding mill. Because of external force, grinding roller driven by millstone will run accordingly. It will press on the materials tightly and then the ores are pulverized. Millstone is often fixed on the output shaft of reducer. There is a ring groove on the material layer which is located on the upper grinding mill, and materials are ground by grinding roller in this part. Pressure device is a key part providing rolling pressure for grinding roller. It consists of high pressure oil station, hydraulic cylinder rod and accumulator, and there is enough pressure pulverizing materials. Reducer is a key part delivering power. The speed of millstone is the speed of the reducer's output shaft.
