There many factors which can result in abrasion, such as linear velocity, capacity, discharge clearance and property of materials, now I will explain the reason.
1.Linear velocity
Linear velocity is the most important factor which affects abrasion of pebble sand making machine, because it will affect impact energy, crushing ratio and size of products. In addition, linear velocity too big will result in frayed flat hammer, because materials will go into impact zone and rub against both ends of flat hammer if the linear velocity is too big.
2.Capacity and discharge clearance
The capacity of pebble sand making machine can also affect abrasion of pebble sand making machine. When capacity is bigger, sizes of products will thicker and crushing ratio will smaller, then the abrasion will be reduced. Similarly, change the discharge clearance will also make sizes of products thicker or finer, and then it will affect abrasion.
3.Property of materials
Property of materials, input size and water content will affect abrasion of pebble sand making machine. And property of materials is the most important factor.
