The crushing method of stone crusher is curved extrusion type. Belt conveyor and belt pulley driven by motor makes mobile jaw move up and down. When the mobile jaw rises, included angle between toggle plate and mobile jaw is larger, and then it will push the mobile jaw plate to fixed jaw plate, stones will be crushed, rolled and squashed at the same time. When the mobile jaw drops, included angle between toggle plate and mobile jaw is smaller, mobile jaw plate will leave fixed jaw plate because of pull rod and spring, and then the stones which have been crushed will be discharged from bottom of crushing chamber. With motor turns continuously and mobile jaw works periodically, crusher will process materials in great numbers.
